Vibrant has developed a portal for the North American Energy sector that facilitates Regional reporting to NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation). The portal solution facilitates the following:

Reporting

User Login / User Management
The portal allows users to login to encrypted and secure site. Each member experiences a personalized dashboard view of data that displays the relevant documents and tasks associated to that user.

Online Forms
For both the Regions and the Entities, form handling is intuitive. Forms with impending deadlines are color coded yellow and red. Forms completed and received by the region are coded green.
Forms are easy to complete online and are tracked throughout the signature and submission process.

Reporting and Workflow

Critical actions within the system are stamped with user, date and time, for audit purposes.

Handles the creation and posting of all Compliance Letter of Certifications (LOCs) and Reporting Forms to Entities, as well as the collection and management of completed compliance forms.

On the approach of a submission date, Regions can review, via form or report, the status of all forms due in, as well as using the system to create the reporting package for the relevant governmental and other authorities.

All reports can be displayed in a RTF, Word, Excel or PDF Format. These reports can then be saved to disk for archiving or use outside of the portal.

The system utilizes Microsoft technology as the basis of the product. Specifically, the following technology is necessary:
