Discovery:
Vibrants methodology begins with face-to-face
information exchange between key representatives
of the dedicated Vibrant team and the client stakeholders
to identify and clarify the clients business
objectives and desired product end-state.
Definition:
The purpose of the initial Definition phase is
to fully document the optimal solution. This is
characterized by the creation of the Systems Requirements
Package, the blueprint for the proposed design
and associated business rules, interdependencies,
and accompanying implementation plan for the development
of the entire system.
Design:
The design phase in Vibrants technology-centric
development methodology focuses on the finalization
of the Software Architecture Document, which provides
a comprehensive architectural overview of the
system. Elements of the graphical user interface
are also finalized in this phase of the process.
Development:
Rather than taking a black box approach
to the development process, Vibrants project
management and technical development staff work
hand-in-hand to ensure that not only do we produce
a working, feature-complete system, but also provide
the client with rigorous product acceptance and
deployment plans.
User Acceptance:
Client satisfaction is Vibrants highest priority.
As with the development of any productized or
customized solution, adequate user testing and
debugging is necessary to ensure that final deployment
meets all of our clients requirements.
Deployment:
Vibrants services do not end with the lock-down
of the final software code. Vibrants Enterprise
Infrastructure and Software Support groups are
also there to provide necessary hardware, security
and integration services as required by our clients.
Support:
Beyond deployment, Vibrant also offers a complete-range
of support services including Issue Resolution,
Documentation & Training.
